Q) What If I change my email address?
A) Simple. Log into your
account and update your email address. Changes take affect
immediately and we'll even send out a quick test message to
confirm everything is right.
Q) How do I update my passport expiration date?
A) Beginning at nine months
prior to your passport expiration, our reminders go out monthly
until you indicate that your passport has been renewed or
until the passport expires. Simply log into your account and
update the expiration date. This will prevent any further
emails until your new passport falls within the renewal timeframe
at which point it all starts over again.
